Tell your Senators: Stop this TRAIN!

Despite public outcry, the U.S. House of Representatives has already passed the dangerous TRAIN Act.

If signed into law, the TRAIN Act would indefinitely delay the clean-up of toxic power plant air pollution—exposing our children to even more poisonous air.

Now it’s up to the Senate to halt this hazardous measure.

Stand with moms across the country and tell your Senators to oppose the TRAIN Act.

Dear [Your Senator],

Dominique Browning

A message from Dominique Browning, Co-Founder of Moms Clean Air Force

When I was raising two boys--and holding down a full time job--I didn’t think I had time to get involved in big policy issues. That was someone else’s job. But what I’ve been learning about the connection between air pollution and children’s health has been a wake-up call. Air pollution is an urgent issue.

The Environmental Protection Agency has proposed new standards for soot pollution, which has been linked to health problems such as heart attacks, stroke, and premature death.

I’ve been surprised to learn how much of a difference I can make with just a few minutes of effort. One click—one minute—and Washington officials will get a letter telling them you care about clean air.
